This is a great foot spa that holds the heat and makes the feet feel great! As with all great items, if the jets were a little quieter it would be nice, but they are not annoyingly loud so it is all good.

I bought this thinking it would help to soak my feet in hot water. Because, I am recovering from foot surgery. But it doesn't keep the wateer even warm at all. After 5 minutes it was cold. The hard rollers on the bottom kill me feet they don't feel good at all!

After a 14 hour day, it's great to get off my feet, and dunk them in a warm jet bath. It is easy to use, small enough to tuck under our sofa, and is quickly up and running- so I can just sit back and relax. I would prefer that it heat (and maintain the heat) the water, but, to be honest, in the time it takes for the water to cool down, my foot massage is over anyway! I love this thing.

I use it for at home pedicures and foot massages. It is great, I love the water jets, but does not keep the water hot and is built too shallow. The water splashes out. I am disapointed that for a product that cost this much they did not know enough to make it deep enough--I only have a size 8 foot, which is not that large.
